Unless stated otherwise, the website structure and the text, graphics, illustrations, and other content created for itkonus.fr are protected by intellectual property law. 04

Personal data

The data controller is Alexandr Solodunov, a sole proprietor trading as ITKONUS. You may contact him at the postal or email address shown above.

Data collected and purposes

When you use the form, we receive your name, email address, selected project type, and message. Limited technical information, such as the IP address and temporary request identifiers, may also be processed to secure the form and prevent abuse and duplicate submissions.

  • Responding to your inquiry and preparing a potential project — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
  • Securing the form and preventing abuse — legitimate interest in the proper and secure operation of the service (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

Fields marked with an asterisk are required to process your inquiry. Without this information, we will be unable to respond.

Recipients and retention

The data can be accessed only by ITKONUS and, to the extent technically necessary, by OVHcloud for hosting and email services. It is not sold or used for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making. ITKONUS does not arrange any transfer of form data outside the European Economic Area.

Form content is not recorded in a website database. The inquiry and subsequent correspondence may be kept in the mailbox for as long as needed to handle it and, for a prospective customer who does not become a client, for no more than three years after the last contact. Technical anti-abuse identifiers managed by the website expire within 24 hours. OVHcloud may retain its own technical logs under its applicable obligations and policies.

05

Cookies and trackers

No advertising or audience-measurement cookies.
As currently configured, itkonus.fr does not place advertising, analytics, or personalisation cookies. The contact form does not use cookies, so no consent banner is displayed.

To limit spam and duplicate submissions, the form uses temporary technical tokens and request identifiers. They are not stored persistently in your browser and are not used to track your browsing. If tools requiring consent-based cookies are added later, this page will be updated and your consent will be obtained before those cookies are placed.

06

Your rights and contact

Subject to the conditions set out in the GDPR, you may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of processing, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also withdraw consent when processing relies on it.

To exercise your rights, email alex@itkonus.fr or write to the publisher’s postal address above. To avoid disclosure to a third party, proof of identity may be requested only if there is reasonable doubt about your identity.

If you believe that your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL).
